Student leader of the Muslim Student Association helps senior Alex Sosa put on a hijab.
The Muslim Student Association hosted World Hijab Day in the mixing bowl during lunch on February 2, to destigmatize hijabs and their use, as well as bring more cultural awareness to them. Students and staff alike tried on hijabs and learned the history behind these cultural items.
