Andrea Gordon, Opinion Managing Editor

Andrea “AJ” Gordon is a senior at Watkins Mill High School and Opinion Managing Editor for The Current. She is an IB Diploma student and is a part of the leadership team for the Class of 2023 Class Council. AJ was a Minority Scholars Program (MSP) Intern in the Summer 2022 cohort and is now the MSP Co-President for the Watkins Mill chapter. She is also the Co-Chair of MoCoEmpowHER, a countywide female empowerment organization for middle and high schoolers. AJ enjoys reading, listening to music, and going on road trips with her family. AJ will attend Davidson College after high school.
