Photo Feature: Graduation 2019
On June 7, the class of 2019 graduated from Watkins Mill High School at DAR Constitution Hall.
Senior class council president Alex Aucoin and student speaker senior Natasha Bowers both talked about their experiences over the last four years. English teacher Christopher Smith gave a moving speech about the power of goals and ended with a song and a mic drop–his own, that is. Seniors found Smith’s speech especially heartwarming considering he came into Watkins Mill with the class of 2019 and is now leaving with them as well.
Tears were shed and laughs were heard as emotions ran high in everyone. Congratulations to the class of 2019 and we wish you well in your future endeavors.
