Sports Wrap Up; October 29-November 4
Girls varsity volleyball concludes their season with celebration and their heads held high.
Boys Soccer
The ‘Rines played in the Regional Semifinals on Saturday, October 29 against the Rockville Rams. The game ended in a nailbiting 2-1 loss, eliminating the ‘Rines from the playoffs.
Senior Ricky Mulbah got one back for the ‘Rines but they were unable to make a comeback in the second half.
Volleyball
The Lady ‘Rines played in the Regional Quarterfinals on Thursday, November 3 against the Rockville Rams. The game ended in a tough 3-0 loss.
Field Hockey
The Lady ‘Rines played against the Magruder Colonels on Monday, October 31 in the Regional Semifinals, ending in an 8-0 loss. The loss spells the end of the Lady ‘Rines’ season, but congratulations to them on a successful season.
Football
The ‘Rines play tonight at 7pm at the home of the Howard Lions. Don’t forget to buy tickets and help the ‘Rines to a win.
“Seniors did an excellent job setting the foundations of the program,” Head Coach Chad Wilson said.
