Field Hockey

After a great win against the Kennedy Cavaliers 2-1 the team took on the Magruder Colonels last night at home. The team battled with the Colonels all night, keeping the game scoreless until there was less than 10 minutes left in the second half. The ‘Rines were able to prevail, with senior Katerina Molina scoring a heavily contested goal for the team. The team then shut the Colonels out defensively, sealing their feat and beating them 1-0.

“We hustled and talked a lot,” said Molina “[We]  made sure we did what we learned in practice.”
