Planning prom is no small feat. From choosing the theme and booking the venue to coordinating decorations, food, and music, every detail has to come together seamlessly. The first step was brainstorming themes—do we go classic and elegant or bold and unique? After lots of ideas and input from our classmates, we finally settled on a theme that everyone’s excited about.
Once the theme was set, it was time to tackle logistics. Finding a venue that’s both beautiful and affordable was a challenge, but we made it happen. Then came booking the DJ, organizing catering, and figuring out the decorations. Of course, fundraising is also a huge part of the process. We’ve been working hard to make sure ticket prices stay reasonable while still giving everyone an unforgettable experience. Bake sales, car washes, and school events have all played a part in making our vision a reality.
